Welcome to Crestway!

Crestway Church of Christ meets at the corner of New World and Crestway.  The church is a rebirth of the Highland Boulevard congregation that had been part of the San Antonio community for over sixty years.

Although many things have changed (including our address), our commitment to the Lord has not changed!

We are still committed to serving Christ and the community according to Jesus' simple instructions.  We do not ask anyone to do more than what is plainly taught within the Scriptures, and we do not excuse ourselves to do less than what the early disciples of our Lord did in work and worship!  Our goal is to remain true to Heaven's instructions, as they have been recorded and preserved for us in the Bible.

Our Focus

At Crestway, God is growing a family:

...that loves one another;
...that shares the good news of Jesus;
...in hope of Heaven.

As Jesus taught:

"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.  By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." - John 13:34-35

"You are the light of the world.  A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.  Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." - Matthew 5:14-16

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.  I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.  Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city." - Revelation 22:12-14
